My Crystal Ball is BLACK!
Okay, it's official. I have no freaking idea what they plan to do with me at work.
T pointed out to me that the work I'm on right now is slated to be completely finished sometime in June, maybe early July. So what am I working on next? Has P talked to me about this project? Or this other project? Or this piece of work over here?
Hell, no. I've spoken maybe two dozen sentences to the guy since January. Scribble me mushroom-shaped.
Whatever.
So here's a little something. Thrown together (or nearly).
A morning frost out of season
Bicycle chain pulling the sky
Dragging green shoots and buds
From tree tips
The trees stand, a wooden spite fence
Joined into a garden archway
When I return an afternoon
An evening
Days later
A reluctant spring, not hesitant
Dragged into the daylight
Unable to stifle the growing
Crap
Time to break out of the mushroom farm???
