I believe feelings are valid only if they are logical. I believe any feeling is valid, whether it makes sense or not. I'm really in between.
New option: I believe all feelings *are* logical in the sense that they all have traceable sources, whether they are related to personality, experience, or pathology.
Okay, I feel better. ("I'm really in between" didn't really cut it on that one.)
