Vacation Part 2

From London, we went to Bath and stayed there in a lovely B&B.  Reasonable walking distance from downtown Bath, lovely rooms, nice people running it.  purplejavatroll and I wandered around a bit our first night there.  We came to Bath on our first trip to the UK, I think, so it'd been quite a while.  We spent more time in Bath on this trip, too.  I took probably 45 photos, and the 10 I've put in the set are all that are worth keeping.  Bath served as our base of operations for visiting various places around the Cotswolds.

I was impressed with the Roman Baths museum.  When we went the first time, several sections that are now open were mostly still being dug up and researched.  They had some walkways setup for the tourists to keep us away from the actual work.  Now, it's amazing inside and there was a lot of really great info.

Also, the water in the Roman Baths?  I've had worse pump water in rural Alberta, but it was still pretty horrid stuff.
