...and not just any wingnut, but the specific wingnut who was sponsoring a bill which would require the display of the Ten Commandments in public buildings. That was most excellent. :-)

of course, colbert should have followed up with something along the lines of "this is precisely why we need these displayed everywhere! even their biggest supporters can't remember all of them!"
