I'm told doing the siding is not such a big deal in winter and we're currently getting temperatures around -5C to -12C. The interior is mostly sealed at this point and the duct work is hooked up to the furnace, which is electric, so they can heat the interior of the house to at least a level suitable for doing the drywall and mudding.

Doing the foundation at this time of year would be expensive and more difficult. And I don't think I'd want to do the roof either with the risk of snow and ice.
