I've made my own "style" in LJ. Check it out.

And the lesson from that little exercise is that it's not nearly as interesting as I thought it would be. The best thing to be said about it is that I don't have to go to my info page to login anymore. (On principle, I don't have a permanent cookie set to log me in.)

The style is "public", although I'm not just sure what that means, and it's color free, meaning that you can use the default color settings or custom color settings to modify the color scheme. (Refried Paper, for instance, is *not* color free; it sets all of its colors statically so they can't be changed.)
